Late Cancellation Policy

Dear Valued Customer,

We understand that there are hard times when you must cancel our services due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, because we are a small company, a late cancellation affects our entire schedule causing serious loss.

SC Cleaning Services is a familiar woman-owned company and we value our employees as much as we value you and when a late cancellation is made, it takes away the opportunity to rearrange our schedules fairly for our employees.

Because we reserve a time specifically for you, we require that you inform us of any changes on your schedule before 5pm the day before the service is performed to avoid incurring a $25 cancellation fee.

Also, please note that estimates are based on innumerous factors but also on the frequency at which the service is performed so in occasions of consecutive cancellations when services are performed nearly 30 days apart a $30 fee will be applied.

We will require that you pay your account to zero (0) prior to us performing further services.

In the meantime, we appreciate your desire to do business with us and thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
