  • Do I have to be home during house cleanings?

    No, you do not have to be home during our house cleaning services. It is up to you!

  • Is the team allowed to receive tips? If so, how much?

    Yes, they are allowed to receive tips for house cleaning services. There is no set amount. Tips do, however, need to be in a separate envelope addressed to the office.

  • Is the team okay with pets? What should I do with pets?

    The team is okay with pets. Keep in mind that if they are inhibiting the job, it is best to put them in a crate until our house cleaning services are complete.

  • Do you do long-term services?

  • What do I need to do before you arrive? Do I have to prepare for service?

    If you are not planning to be home for our visit, you will need to provide a way for us to enter the home. We also require that any inclusions or exclusions be informed in advance.   • Do I have to supply cleaning products or do you supply cleaning products?

    For one-time customers, we can provide cleaning products for an additional $45 fee and $15 for the rags. For recurring services, we require that the customer provide all supplies. Contact us today to learn more about our house cleaning services.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

  • How long does a typical cleaning session take?

    A lot of factors play into how long our house cleaning services take. For example, the size and condition of the home will affect the timeline. In our experience, it takes a minimum of four hours for the first cleaning.
