I contacted Jocilene a few weeks before the Super Bowl regarding a deep cleaning. It was our first time having guests to our new home so we wanted everything looking perfect. She was very quick to respond to my message and quoted me a price that I felt was really reasonable considering it was close to what we paid for our one bedroom apartment in Cambridge, whereas now we have 3-4 stories to clean! The crew spent about 3-4 hours cleaning the place, and the results were fantastic.

I used to work as a stewardess on a mega-yacht, so I’m extremely particular about what constitutes “clean!” I checked every surface, nook and cranny… everything was sparkling and fresh smelling! We didn’t have any intention of getting regular bi-weekly services, but the price Jocilene quoted us was so reasonable that we decided to go ahead. We had our first bi-weekly cleaning today, and it’s such a weight off my shoulders to not have to come home from work and worry about cleaning. Definitely recommend!

I moved into an apartment in Brookline and had to hire SC Cleaning Services to do a deep clean before we could finish moving in. Booking with Jocilene was easy and only involved a quick phone call and a few text messages. She was very responsive. Two cleaners arrived close to on time and brought all their own supplies. They worked for about 3 hours and did a great job cleaning the walls, floors, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms. I received quick communication notifying me about any issues that came up during the cleaning, and payment was easy through my bank.

I hired SC Cleaning Services for a deep clean of my condo before putting it on the market. I called Jocilene way in advance to get a sense of price and how much notice she needed. Then I called to schedule with only a few days’ notice and was able to get the day I needed. Amanda and two other women showed up close to on time and did an amazing job. They were incredibly quick and detailed. It took them about 90 minutes to fully clean my 600 sq. foot condo. Hired for a deep cleaning before we brought our baby home from the hospital. She came with two assistants, and they did a wonderful job. Our house has never been so clean. She scrubbed all the bathrooms, the stove, the fridge, the ceiling fans. She vacuumed all our rugs and our couch. Our hardwood floors were sparkling. They were on time, brought their own supplies, and Jocilene kept in text communication with me all day- they spent nearly 7 hours going above and beyond a normal deep clean. The apartment was completely spotless, and they had thrown out all the trash we left (our ratty old shower curtain) while neatly organizing things we wanted to keep (they cleaned and re-organized all the stuff still in our freezer!)

Jocilene texted me before, during and after pictures so I could see that they had gone the extra mile- moving the stove out from the wall, even taking down a wall-mounted rack in the bathroom. They clearly know how to make an apartment move-out perfect. I also loved that I could easily pay via Venmo and leave tips for the girls that way too. I would definitely recommend them for a deep, deep clean!
